Question about direct damage spells

<DIV>My father plays a wizard (who is now level 35) and he has a whole lotta spells.  Delving them of course gives all of the information that you could possibly want, but I was just curious if any of you wizards out there have some "favourite" fairly fast recast time direct damage spells that you prefer over others.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thanks <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV>

<P>When your father gets to level 37 he'll get Ball of Flames. Its got a 6 second recast time and does, at app4, around 580-620 at level 37. Very nice way to deliver some major damage real quick.</P> <P>At 35 Ice Spike should still be good for him. Does over 200 damage with a recast of only 2 seconds. You can cast, rinse, repeat that one over and over if you want.</P>
