Tether now broken

It's ok they broke the Paralyzing Fear spell for warlocks also (equivalent to tether).  Sometimes I wonder why roots are in this game. <div></div>

Used ice shackle last night on mobs that were 39ish worked better than tether.

according to today's patch notes tether should be fixed: *** Spells and Combat Arts *** - Secondary spell effects should now work properly if the primary effect is broken. For instance, Paralyzing Fear should cast its fear effect if the root portion is broken by an attack. <div></div>

The morning patch on Friday March 25 seems to have fixed Tether.
