Anyone else notice this about Ring of Cold?

Yeah I found that odd to. I just assume it is a typo and is meant to be decrease movement speed at the bottom as well. At least I hope it is a typo, although it shouldn't really make too much difference unless it starts acting as a haste buff on the mob! :smileyvery-happy:

<P>Ummm we have a problem.  It looks like it does raise the speed of the enemy.   I am going to test it further, but so far I see no snare just enemies that can keep up with me even with speed enhancements.</P>
