<DIV>i have chilling wind (20) and icy coil (29) at adept 3. CW does a decent amount of damage (cant remember numbers) and is an AE DOT although gets replaced at 34. IC at 33 does about 200 damage initially and then 70ish per tick. apparently IC is used well into your 40s and stacks with its upgrade. if you dont want to upgrade them i would sell it after the next patch when palladium is required for a heritage quest (currently it only needs to be in your inventory). its selling for 40g+ on splitpaw and is bound to go up.</DIV>

Icy Coil. You will be using it well into your 40s. It stacks with Piercing Icicles so you can cast them at the same time. It's not really worth getting anything else since they will all eventually be replaced by higher level upgrades.

Agree with Icy Coil. Also agree with waiting and selling it, since price will go up. Then buy an adept 3 of it from someone or a jasper for cheaper then you sold the palladium for.

It depends on your lvl as to what to make with it.

<P>Try to get Icy coil . if u have an extra one try to get the lvl 27 stun. I forgot what it's called. It works with some regular xp grind mobs but it's always "too powerful" on epic encounters. </P> <P>Anyway, it's cast time is 2secs, recast 45secs, stuns the target for about 5secs and has an extra 480? fire based nuke @ adp 3. :smileywink:</P>

I personaly would sell the pal cluster(its used for a herritage) then use the cash to buy 2 or mabe 3 jaspers <div></div>
