Rallosian Gown: Is this item no longer attainable?

Heard a weird rumor that you can no longer attain this robe.Anyone confirm or deny?

They took out the Rallosian armor I think. Or at least the stuff that dropped off the boat rides becuase people where farming them.

<DIV>The Ancient Rallosian Gown with 16 int is now a raid drop off an x4 mob.  It has the same design as Cassok's Cassok, just the purple color looked a little bleached.  Best int robe I have seen so far.</DIV>
