Which Spells to upgrade?

im currently a level 31 wizard. ive saved up a few paladium and jasper and was wondering what spells are worth upgrading to adept 3. i already have BoF and chiling wind at adept 3. which (if any) spells are going to be used in the higher levels.thanks for the advice

Isn't piercing Iciles the upgrade for Icy Coil you get at lvl40?Are they on different timers or something?
