Ice spear, big let down :

Thats not strange at your level. Ice spear is ball of fire adept2, so obviously its not as good as an (almost) maxed Ball of Fire adept3. At lvl50 i'm happy with it, though i have ball of fire adept1 so ice spear is better for me.

<DIV>Before people chose not to take Ice Spear at lvl 30, they better make sure they will still have a /respec option available to them, once they choose their lvl 30 training option. I am not entirely sure about  whether or not you will be able to respec once you select a training option after the training reset. In any case, since BoF and WIS are on the same timer, you can't cast both at the same time anyway, so just use BoF until WIS outgrows it. It might just be the safer option.</DIV>

<DIV>While not sure myself, I doubt that /RESPEC is intelligent and somehow keeps track.  Probably a 'dumb' command  Unless someone knows for sure othewise, /RESPEC will let you redo all the choices up to date.  Can you imagine the mess with somehow /RESPEC tracking your choices etc etc?</DIV>
