<DIV>the solo varsoon's outside RoV are kind of fun to hunt...they have some of the spells that we do, so you can see the effect of our spells from the other side...they can toss frozen manacles and root you and *that's* frustrating...then they go melee on you and try to (successfully) interrupt many of you casts</DIV>

<DIV>/agree</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I made some comments to my guildies the first time that they did that to us..."ahhh...so that's how they feel when I DOT them!"</DIV>

<DIV> <DIV>I don't think it's considered a solo mob, but I'm posting it anyway because it's something I have fun soloing.  I'm a lvl26 NinjaWizard and one of my favorite things to do is solo Grik Sna's platoon and Du Nar's platoon in the CommonLands.  I use strictly AoE attacks, and it's pretty impressive to watch them all fall at once.  All that's left is a lone wizard standing in the middle of a pile of Orc bodies.</DIV></DIV><p>Message Edited by ksuxtc on <span class=date_text>02-23-2005</span> <span class=time_text>07:25 AM</span>

I like doing that too. Now that language items can fall from any mob of that race (good move), I went back to Anotica and laid waste to the gnolls there. I would grab 3-4 big groups, and just start blasting them. I would have about 20 gnolls around me. And for a second, just a brief one mind you, I longed for the ability to AE the mobs, and truly lay out some massive damage. I still did. Got three totems in an hour, and 1.5 gold in dog spit.

Brings a whole new level to the phrase "hair of the dog that bit you".For a while there, I was making my own tier two drinks, and used canine saliva for the liquid part. You never wanted to take a drink from my character. =).
