Distorted Visions Spell Bugged

<DIV>It's not bugged, it has the same bug in the description though that you can get in any spell at any given time.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The "icon it generates" is, if you read the actual description when you can, a defense buff you get when the spell gets cancelled. And no, it's not new, I got that spell before christmas.</DIV>

Did anyone else notice that Distorted Visions now has a 20% movement penalty, where it didn't have one before?Or, at least it does for me now after I upgraded it to Apprentice IV.
