Qeynos Harbor. If you're coming from South Qeynos, cross the bridge right at the door, and turn right, go into the building there. One of those people in there sell T4 App2s.

<DIV>You probably arn't reading this now but I just wanted to mention don't bother with app2 spell upgrades. App2 is only usefull when you are very new and can't afford better from the broker.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The difference between app1 and app2 is marginal at best and the cost of an app2 is pretty high for such a low yield upgrade. Most brokers sell app3 and 4 spells sometimes for the same price sometimes slightly higher but at least you are upgrading a few tiers for the cost. Most app1 stuff rises in effectiveness when you level up so if you can't find anything better you can live with app1 until you do.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Just say NO! to app2! <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> it's a waste of money you will want to upgrade it again so may aswell skip it.</DIV>
