I bought my adept 3 BoF for 60g I think, but that was just the cost of the opal and then getting that to guild sage. Anything much more than that, especially 1plat, seems like a ripoff.

I was extremely lucky and found Ball of Flame Adept I at broker for 1gp roughly. I usually see adept 3s for around 30ish gold. Although I am not impressed by the damage at all in contrast to the ball of fire.Valas40 WizardPermafrost

I don't think RNG is in effect for harvesting. Why? because currently, tier two bone spawns on its own, not as part of wood. They look like a pile of bones with Withered bone above it. It's meant to come from Wind Felled tree.Unless that is how Sony meant it. Don't think so. Any way, I think that when a node spawns, it is already tagged with a rare or not. And when you harvest, you have a random chance to get something or not. The higher your skill, the better the chance factors in, along with the tier you are harvesting in.I can mine tier 3 items. While collecting for an alt tradeskill character in tier one, in 30 minutes, I got bronze and copper. I also was successful each time.Just a thought, I could be wrong.
