Wow, what an amazing thing you've done. Taken quotes out of context and tried to atribute other ideas to them. Are you a movie critic or work in Politics? First, if you felt me saying "Maybe I just play a better wizard then most." is the same as saying I am better then everyone else, that's your own issue. Playing a better wizard then most is not me saying I am better then most. If you feel insecure in yourself, I'm sorry you do. I always find it sad when people take everything as a personal put down. If people would just realize thier own self value and not compare it to others. Oh well.As for attacking people that have brought this 'problem' to light. Please, where have I said there is no problem. From what I've read, the problem with wizards start at 35-37 and up. I can think of plenty of times when I've said, I'm only so and so, but it sounds like there is a problem with spell damage scaling after level 37. But there are also people here that claim wizards are gimped all the way and that they can never get a group because scouts out damage us and can take a hit so why ask for a wizard. I get asked ALL the time for groups, for my DPS. How will this be once I hit 35, well, like I've said, I hope the DPS issue gets fixed before I reach that. There are many people posting here who feel every new nuke should do more damage then the previous one. But that's not how Sony ever intended it. Each nuke has a level range where it gets more powerful, and that is also effected by the type of spell (apprentice 1 versus adept 3). People say Plasmatic Pulse stinks. Sure when you first get it at app1, it does kinda stink. I still have it at app3 and I'm trying to get another rare to make an adept 3 version of it. Perhaps it won't stink then? And in a few more levels, when it's gone from orange to green or blue? After all, it casts fast and has a low recast time. Could be the perfect in between big nukes I want. Maybe it won't be, I will find out. However, I am honored that I not only was the top of the list, but that I made the subject line as well. Thanks, you confirm to me that I am having an impact on people like you.

Just a small parenthesis: I have Plasmatic Pulse adept 3 and at 34 it still is my weakest nuke unfortunately, would be nicer if it just did full damage and didnt have that annoying little dot that came with it.

How much does app3 plasmatic pulse do, on average would you say? I still plan to up grade it.

<DIV>Board politics are great and it's the same in every mmo.  Classes tend to band together and complain about their class because they realize (whether true or not) that the developers address those that make the most noise.  If everyone was a fanboy then the game balance would probably not improve.  When people see half the class posts saying they need improvements and the other half acting like fanboys saying they are fine then there is probably no need to work on that class much (again, whether true or not that is probably the perception).  When people see the whole class in one loud voice saying they need improvements then that class is probably going to get attention.  So it's no wonder that you get negative feedback when you stray from the party line.  </DIV>

<DIV>I just thought that was a really cocky thing to say. Doubly so now that you've clearly been proven wrong.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

How was I proven wrong? Do you mean the Plasmatic Pulse statement? You mean when I say, maybe at adept 3 it won't be so stinky? And then ask if someone confirm that?If I had said "Plasmatic Pulse at Adept 3 rocks, anyone that disagrees is a poop head." I could see being proved wrong. However I asked for information about it.Or was it something else I was proved wrong. Please, I crave your information on this.

<DIV>Eh, whatever. You seem to have taken it personally.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Since you can't actually point out any time I said wizards are fine as they are and anyone claiming different is wrong, I think your arguement holds little water. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I've been very vocal about wizards speaking up about issues with wizards. I always have been. But I've alo spoken against people like you that only come here to attack people or to threaten Sony or just demand unreasonable things for the wizard class.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>You think your doing a good thing, but you've only started a post that directly attacks people. Tell me again how this coming together as wizards? Oh it isn't, you post attacks because you belive in bringing wizards together.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>It's not even funny. So it lacks any merit other then being petty.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>And finally, I would like you to link or post the link to all those out of context quotes you pulled. If you are gonna accuse people of anything, be an adult and let the whole quote be readable.</DIV><p>Message Edited by Stavenham on <span class=date_text>01-21-2005</span> <span class=time_text>12:54 PM</span>

Do you see it yet?</P> <P>All I am saying is that you should listen more and brag less. You were wrong to criticise the people who were trying to bring attention to the problem with the higher level wizard spells. This is born out by the fact that even SOE admits there is a problem.</P>

<DIV>Why should I dig through my past posts? You bring this claim against me, and I ask you to show where you got that? Where you got all of those quotes, not just mine.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I can only assume that what you fear is that when those quotes are all read in the full context of the posts, they aren't really what you tried to make them out as.  And I only assume that most like, you can't remember where you found those post. And you feel your doing a good thing by attacking others.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Either post the links, or shut up and stop attacking people in a petty attempt to smear people you don't like for personal reasons.</DIV>

<DIV>You can look it up. I'll give you a hint. Its in this forum. Just look at your old posts. This is not hard.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I doubt there is a context in which it is appropriate to suggest that "you just play a better wizard then most."</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

Stavenh

<DIV>No, you can't do what is asked because you can't remember. And you know that within the context of the FULL POST it those quotes do not mean what you have tried to make them out.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Either put up or shut up. I don't really care anymore. So this little petty revenge thread you started will just slip away. . .</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I do know I am better then you, because I don't do what you do.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I win. You lose.
