There are no subbclasses in eq2 (at least I think that's what they were going for)...SoE wants all warrior types to tank and all mage types to....do...utility spells? Same goes for the other classes and the reason the scout class does the most damage is because they modeled it after the rogues and ranjas of eq1 which were primarily DPS...not all robe casters were DPS in eq1 so wizards dont do dps (still confused on what the mage archtype is supposed to do though). In other words, we shouldnt be argueing to "get" better spells, we need to be argueing for them to take away our buffs and ghetto mez spells in order to even justify an increase in DPS.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>EQ2 needs a complete rewrite at this point and some strat put back into the game....this vanilla sh*t has to go. There was nothing wrong with EQ1 and they should have just tagged on some new features and given the game a better graphics engine then put a part "2" on game which couldn't be more opposite of part "1"...BTW, WoW resembles EQ1 far better then EQ2 does.</DIV>
