<DIV>Since some of our spells are magic damage, we should have magic resist debuff for our dot too. Overall for AE, Chilling Wind and so should reduce magic resist too, since Lightning Flash line spell is the best AE DD we can use.</DIV>

<DIV>I think "spark" (a dot) or whatever it's called is an Arcane debuff and I think that Arcane = Magic in this game.</DIV>
