Level 20 Familiar...

<DIV>I dinged Level 20 last night.  I see on a printout that I'm supposed to pick up a familiar and was wondering if that will come in the form of a spell -- something I activat like any other spell?  If so, does anyone know when that spell will be given.  And if not, is there another way to activate a familiar that I should already be using?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thanks.</DIV>

In Qyenos, it's for sale from the Scribe next to the guild recruiter in Qeynos Harbour for 57s.
