Boreal (master 1)

<DIV>Its not very useful imo.  I have the adept for and it still breaks pretyy easy.  Since the wiz is mezed as well when using Boreal its an emergency use only spell.</DIV>

I think its a very usefull spell . . if you know when and how to use it, and if your group know you can use it. for instance. if you just started fighting a mob and one agros nearby dont use it, unless you think your group can down a mob in 20secs with out you. while if a mob is almost dead and another mob agros the healer, it would be a good time to use it.again all spells are usefull if you know when and how to use them.

I have not had any good experience with it yet.At adept 1 have not been able to get it to work at all.

Boreal Master 1 would prolly be better sold than used.Though it does have its moments of usefulness, gettin 10G or so from the sell can be more useful if ya use the money to upgrade other spells.Adept 1 of it is fine and a fairly common drop.yeah i forgot that Boreal is replaced by Aurora (exact same mez as boreal just stronger)....ha ha ha Aurora Borealis....so clever. 31 wiz speaking<p>Message Edited by Koranuso on <span class=date_text>12-13-2004</span> <span class=time_text>09:11 AM</span>

<DIV>It's decent in certain...extremely rare...circumstances, however, the adept 1 version is sufficient in these cases.  Also note that you will eventually upgrade the spell at a higher level so it would probably benefit you more to sell the master 1 scroll for a high profit. </DIV>

I use it with fair regularity, and it has saved lives quite a few times. It may save your group from an add, and it may let your group kill the guards while the ++ mob is mezzed. It allowed us to finish Knaee's heritage quest today with a less-than optimal group, for example. A Master I is probably overkill so if you need the money, sell it to someone who has gold to spare.
