Noticed this at the start of the expantion also (havent been clicking for months now though) and back then I was timing it and was for sure over 90 seconds at times, about 15-20s as above are saying.

A lot of the BG gear does have potency on it....

A lot of the BG gear does have potency on it. Maybe not as much as PvE raid gear, but makes up for that in survivability (Toughness, health, resists). Crit Mit also has no effect in PvP.
